Your Admission Journey

Step 1 — Submit an Enquiry

Complete our enquiry form or contact the Eduvanta team to express your interest in a course or partner institution. Tell us about your education, professional background and future aspirations.

Step 2 — Free Counselling

Meet with an Eduvanta counsellor online or in person. We will discuss your goals, explain available courses, answer your questions and help you explore suitable education opportunities.

Step 3 — Student Interview

Where applicable, Eduvanta conducts an individual student interview and reviews your eligibility based on the requirements of the selected partner institution and course. Any required Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessments or additional pre-admission requirements will be explained at this stage.

Step 4 — Application Submission

If you decide to proceed, Eduvanta will assist you in preparing and submitting your application to the relevant partner institution. Where applicable, we also assist with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) enquiries in accordance with the institution's policies.

Step 5 — Offer & Enrolment

The partner institution reviews your application and, where successful, issues the relevant admission documentation. Eduvanta will explain the next steps, including acceptance procedures, payment requirements and commencement information.

Step 6 — Begin Learning Journey

Once enrolled, you can begin your studies in accordance with the delivery arrangements of the selected partner institution. Eduvanta remains available to provide ongoing support throughout your education journey.

Entry Requirements

Requirements vary by qualification level and institution. General guidelines:

  • Class 12 completion (or equivalent)
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency
  • Participate in Course Entry Interview
  • Participate in Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital assessment
  • Relevant work or industry experience may be considered

  • Class 12 completion (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Participate in Course Entry Interview
  • Participate in Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital assessment
  • Work experience in a relevant field is advantageous
  • RPL assessment available for experienced candidates

  • Pre-requisite: Must hold a completed BSB package Diploma (e.g., BSB50420 or equivalent)
  • Relevant management or supervisory experience recommended
  • Participate in Course Entry Interview
  • Participate in Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital assessment

  • Recognised bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Participate in Course Entry Interview
  • Participate in Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital assessment
  • Relevant professional or management experience
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above

Documents Required

  • Certified copies of all academic transcripts and certificates (Class 10, Class 12, any tertiary qualifications)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar card, Passport (Passport mandatory for international enrolment)
  • English language proficiency evidence (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or institutional English test where applicable)
  • Updated resume / CV (for professional and postgraduate programmes)
  • Statement of Purpose (for Graduate Diploma and degree programmes)
  • Passport-sized photographs
  • Any RPL supporting evidence — work references, portfolios, certificates of employment (if applying for RPL)

Eduvanta recommends beginning your enquiry well in advance of your preferred intake to allow sufficient time for counselling, eligibility review, document preparation and application processing.
