This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in organisational learning and capability development. Individuals generate and evaluate complex ideas, and initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation.

Certification

Students obtaining a competent result for all listed competencies will be issued a nationally recognised award for the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) within 30 days of being deemed competent. Students who do not complete all 8 units will receive a VET Statement of Attainment for successfully completed units.

Who can apply

Entry Requirements

  • Completed Australian AQF Level 5 (Diploma) or higher, or a three-year bachelor's degree.
  • Candidates must be 18 years of age or above.
  • Participate in a course entry interview and LLND literacy test.
  • Australian Year 12 or overseas equivalent, or an AQF Certificate IV or higher.
